You can apply to the email address of Bazarstore MMC at info@bazarstore.az by specifying your address. We are currently trying to expand our delivery area and your request will be considered.

What payment methods can I use to pay for the order?
You can pay in cash when the order is delivered.

If the amounts of my order and the delivered order are different, which amount should I pay?
The amount of your order may change based on the decision to replace out-of-stock products. The price of the product may vary depending on the weight of the product. But the final order amount will be as close as possible to your order amount.

Is delivery chargeable?
No. Delivery of orders over 40 AZN is free of charge.

What are the exchange and return policies?
You can exchange or return the ordered products at any Bazarstore LLC branch within 14 days from the day of purchase. When you come to the store, please bring the product and the receipt. The product cannot be returned without a receipt.

Can I return the product during delivery?
If at the time of delivery of the product to the customer the expiration date has not passed, if there are no serious defects in the packaging, then the product cannot be returned to the courier during delivery.
