Avalik is an incredibly useful plant used in folk medicine in different parts of the world. This herb is also used in cooking. In Europe, fennel is cooked both as a separate dish and added to ragu, Slavic peoples prepare a type of borsch from this plant. In our country, avelik is a part of very tasty, useful and rich soups.
Ingredients:
- 1 parcel of food
- 60 g of dried cherries
- 100 g black beans
- 100 g of butter
- 200 grams of flour
- 1 glass of water
- 1 medium onion
- broth
- yellow ginger
- salt
Preparation:
Beans are pre-soaked and cooked by boiling. First, it is chopped and boiled in a separate pot. Mix flour and water in a medium bowl until it forms a dough. In the meantime, onions are finely chopped and fried in oil. After the onion turns golden color, broth, cooked beans and avelik are added to it, mixed and cooked. When the soup begins to boil, stir and add umac, sprinkle with spices and cook.
Tip:
Wash the spinach well before cooking. If you add this plant to tpyug soup, you will get a very useful tool for treating colds. You can also use noodles instead of umaj.
