Meat Steaming
Ingredients:
- 500 g boned lamb meat
- 200 g of tomatoes
- 200 g of sweet pepper
- 200 g of hot pepper
- 2 medium onions
- 1 bunch of coriander
- salt, pepper
- vegetable oil
- water
Preparation:
Lamb meat is washed and placed in a pot. Tomatoes, peppers and onions are washed, cleaned and cut into medium size, and added to the meat. Water and oil are filtered, sprinkled with salt and pepper to taste, coriander is added and cooked on medium heat.
Tip:
If desired, you can add different vegetables, for example, potatoes. If you prefer a sour taste in food, you can add a little pomegranate or cherry pickle to the food.
