Fish Steaming
Ingredients:
- 1 pc. my fish
- 1 pc. medium onion
- 1 pc. medium tomato
- 1 pc. pepper
- 1 pc. green pepper
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 100 g of dried cherries
- lemon
- garlic
- Bay leaf
- water
- oil
- salt, pepper
Preparation:
Tomatoes, onions and peppers are washed, cut into small pieces, parsley, garlic, bay leaf and lemon are added. The fish is thoroughly cleaned, washed, and cut into medium pieces.
Vegetables are added to the pan, chopped fish is placed on top. Water and oil are filtered, salt and pepper are sprinkled to taste and cooked on medium heat.
Tip: If you don't like it spicy, you can just use sweet pepper. In many regions, small chopped potatoes are also added to the steaming. If the fish you are going to cook is small, you can clean them and cook them whole.
