Fish Hill
Ingredients:
- carp fish
- 100 g of tomatoes
- 100 pomegranate seeds
- 70 g of dried cherries
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1 bunch of parsley
Preparation:
The fish is cleaned, washed, divided into parts and fried in oil on both sides. Chopped tomatoes and parsley are added to it, the lid is closed and it is cooked in its own steam. Just before the food is cooked, pomegranate seeds and dried cherries are added to the pan, sprinkled with salt and pepper and cooked.
Tip:
You can also add sour fruits to the food for taste. In some regions, potatoes are also added to this dish. In any case, the food is very tasty.
