Ingredients:
For the dough
- 250 ml of water
- 150 grams of flour
- 50 g of oil
- 3 eggs
- salt
For the syrup:
- 300 g of powdered sugar
- 300 ml of water
Preparation:
Water is filtered into the pot, oil and salt are added to it and boiled. Add flour to boiling water and mix well. When the mixture begins to boil, eggs are added and mixed again. The finished dough is collected in a bag and cooked in oil in finger-length sizes. While okra is frying, syrup is made by boiling water and sugar in another pot. After waiting 5 minutes in the pot full of syrup, the fried okra are taken out and arranged in a bowl.
Tip:
You can add cinnamon and rose water to the syrup to taste.
