Ingredients:
- 400 g long rice
- 300 g of tomatoes
- 250 g of cholpa
- 150 g of butter
- 6 eggs
- 2 medium onions
- yellow ginger
- salt, pepper
Preparation:
Long rice is pre-soaked and boiled in water with added salt and filtered. It is left to brew until the aroma comes out.
Meanwhile, cholpa is cleaned, cut into middle parts and fried in oil. Add chopped onions and fry together. Tomatoes are chopped, eggs are beaten in a bowl and everything is added to the pan and cooked. It is placed neatly on top of the rice and served.
Tip:
If you don't like chicken on the bone, you can make the chicken breast meat.
