Jutcu is a typical dish of Balakan region and it is usually cooked in this region at home with a unique recipe made from milk. But since this product is not so easy to find, salt or cottage cheese is used instead.
Ingredients:
- 200 g of salty salt
- 1 egg
- 400 gr of flour
- 10 grams of soda
- 15 g of salt
- 20 g of powdered sugar
- butter
Preparation:
Salt, eggs, flour, and salt are kneaded with as much water as possible. The dough, which rests for 15-20 minutes, is divided into 100 gram logs. Logs are spread with a rolling pin or a rolling pin, fried in a preheated oil-free pan until cooked on both sides. After the tops are cooked, they are greased with butter and stacked on top of each other.
Tip:
It will be tastier if it is cooked in a pan. It can be served with honey and cream as a substitute for bread or as a meal on its own.
