Dasharasi Kebab

One of the most famous dishes of Gabala, the main flavor of dasharas kebab comes from being cooked between heated rocks. What is interesting is that during the preparation of the food, the main time is spent on heating the stones, and the food is cooked in only 15 minutes. Tail fat is used to prevent food from sticking to the stone.

Ingredients:
- 1 cholpa
- 300 g of potatoes
- 200 g of eggplant
- 200 g of pepper
- the tail
- vegetable oil
- salt, pepper
- lemon

Preparation:
Vegetables are washed and cut into large pieces. Cholpa is cleaned and washed. A small fire is left, tail and vegetable oil are added to the stone. Cholpa is placed on top, vegetables are arranged around it, salt and pepper are sprinkled. It is cooked covered with a hot stone. Served with lemon.

Tip:
This dish is best if it is cooked outdoors. While the kebab is cooking, you can heat the bread next to it.
