FISINJAN-BEANS
Ingredients:
- 300 g of red beans
- 200 g ground walnuts
- 150 g of butter
- 2 medium-sized onions
- crushed plum pickle
Preparation:
Beans are soaked in water a day in advance and cooked until completely soft. Onions are fried in a pan, ground walnuts are added and mixed. Plum pickle is added to taste. At the end, it is mixed with butter and salt and can be served by sprinkling pomegranate seeds on it.
Tip:
You can prepare the famous pâté-roulette with butter from kutum-beans. For this, the sealant is spread evenly over the stretch film. Spread the softened butter thinly and evenly on it and roll it into a roll. Let it rest for a while in the refrigerator, then chop it and make it ready for serving.
