GURZA
Gzza, which is included in the category of pastries of Azerbaijani cuisine, differs from other dishes with its finely woven pattern.
Ingredients:
- 300 grams of flour
- 300 g of lamb mince
- 1 egg
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bunch of dill
- salt, pepper
Preparation:
First, the dough is kneaded with flour, a pinch of salt and enough water. Minced pomegranate is kneaded together with chopped onion and dill, salt and pepper are added to taste. The dough is rolled out in the form of a not very thin dough, cut into a round shape in medium size, and 20 g of ready-made minced meat is placed on the obtained small dough and wrapped in a fine braid. It is cooked on gas for 10 minutes in pre-boiled water.
Tip:
The adder can be boiled in meat broth as desired and served as a soup, fried in oil and served as a snack. You can serve whitening products such as sour cream or yogurt on the side. You can also prepare the viper by pre-roasting the minced meat.
