Ingredients:
- smoked codfish
- 4 eggs
- 2 bunches of coriander
- 2 bunches of dill
- 2 bunches of spinach
- 2 bunches of cabbage
- vegetable oil
- salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cuttlefish is completely cleaned, deboned and cut into small pieces. Greens are cleaned, washed well and pomegranate is chopped. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add them to the chopped fish along with greens, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. The resulting mixture is fried on both sides in heated oil in a pan.
Tip:
Instead of cutting the fish, you can cook it by biting it in your hand. Also, you can choose the greens according to your taste.
