Pomegranate Roasting

Ingredients:
- 1 cholpa
- 1 pomegranate seed
- pomegranate juice
- oil
- 1 medium onion
- 100 g of chestnuts
- yellow ginger
- salt, pepper

Preparation:
Cholpa is cleaned and divided into parts. The onion is finely chopped and fried in oil, adding cholpa to it and fried until golden on all sides. After the cholpa is cooked, clean chestnuts, pomegranate seeds, yellow carrot, salt and pepper are added to the pan, mixed and cooked. A little before the food is cooked, pomegranate juice is spread over it and it is left to cook in its own steam.

Tip: Instead of chicken, you can use the boneless part of lamb, and instead of pomegranate juice, you can use pomegranate pulp. In any case, the food will be very tasty.
