Ordubad Durmeki
Ingredients:
For the dough
- 400 gr of flour
- 150 g of sour cream
- 120 g of butter
- 1 egg
For filling
- 150 g of walnut kernels
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 60 grams of honey
- 5 g of cinnamon powder
Preparation:
The dough is kneaded with flour, sour cream and softened butter at room temperature and left for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, the filling is prepared by mixing ground walnut kernels, sugar powder, honey and cinnamon powder. The kneaded dough is spread without being too thin and egg white is applied on it. The filling is sprinkled on the spread dough, and the dough is rolled in the form of a roll. Egg yolk is applied on it, baked in the oven at 170 degrees until golden color.
