Karabakh Scream
Ingredients:
- 1 cholpa
- 3 medium sized onions
- 300 g of tomatoes
- 100 g of butter
- 1 bunch of coriander
- salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cholpa is divided into middle parts and fried on both sides in hot oil. Then finely chopped onions are added and fried together. Tomatoes are chopped on chicken and onions, mixed, sprinkled with salt and pepper to taste, and cooked over high heat.
When the food is served, chopped coriander is sprinkled on it.
Tip: If the meat is from a relatively old chicken, you can boil it first and then fry it, but you can also use turkey meat. You can peel the tomato and cook it. You can make the food richer by adding potatoes and pepper.
