Roast Bozbash

Ingredients:
- 500 g boneless beef
- 300 g of potatoes
- 150 g of tomatoes
- 100 g of green pepper
- 100 g of peas
- 100 g of butter
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bunch of coriander
- salt, pepper

Preparation:
Peas are pre-soaked and boiled. Beef is divided into middle parts and boiled. Finely chopped onions are fried in an oiled pan. Tomatoes are chopped and added to the pan together with cooked peas. Place the meat on top and strain a little of the meat broth. Potatoes are peeled, divided into medium parts depending on their size, added to other ingredients, sprinkled with spices and cooked.

Tip: You can peel the tomatoes. While serving the food, you can sprinkle chopped greens of pomegranate on it.
