Chicken soup is one of the simplest and at the same time the tastiest dishes of our national cuisine. Similar recipes can be found in almost any country. Also, you can find a unique type of this soup in every region of Azerbaijan.
Ingredients:
- 200 g of cholpa
- 1 medium onion
- 100 g of potatoes
- 70 g of carrots
- 60 g of round rice
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 bunch of coriander
- broth
- yellow ginger
- salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cholpa is divided into parts and put to boil. In the meantime, the onion is finely chopped and fried in a pan. The garlic is made into a pomegranate and added to the onion together with the carrot. Chicken broth, chicken pieces and round rice are added in order and boiled. Carrots and potatoes are cut into the right size and then added to the pot, mixed and boiled.
When it is ready, add chopped coriander and salt and pepper to it.
Tip:
Feel free to change the ingredients of the soup, you can add or remove something according to your taste. If you cook the soup with village chicken, it will be tastier.
