Dough
Khamirashi is a pastry made from noodles and meatballs with the addition of various legumes and dried fruits. We present to you the recipe of the most common type of this dish known as "Baku method dough".
Ingredients:
- 350 g minced meat
- 200 g black beans
- 300 grams of flour
- 150 g of tomatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 medium onion
- 1 glass of water
- Albukhara
- dry mint
- saffron
- salt, pepper
Preparation:
Dough is kneaded from flour, egg and water, noodles are cut and dried.
Beans are pre-soaked and cooked by boiling. The onion is finely chopped and fried in oil, meanwhile small meatballs are made without mincing.
Broth, beans, dried cherry are added to the roasted onion and mixed. After the soup boils a little, noodles and spices are added and mixed. It is cooked and served hot.
Tip:
If you prepare meatballs in turkey meat and use vegetable broth instead of meat broth, the soup will be lighter and more dietary.
